Not sure what to get your pilot or pilot-to-be? Surprise them with the gift of flight!
The discovery flight is the one hour that will change their life… It includes:
- A tour of our facilities
- Your own instructor who can answer any questions you may have
- A hands-on preflight inspection
- A basic explanation of the aircraft instruments and controls
- A guided lesson on how to taxi the aircraft
- Flying the aircraft under the guidance of your instructor
- 30 minutes that can be logged and counted towards a pilot license
- A debriefing on completion and an opportunity for you to ask further questions
We wish to make sure that the would-be pilot feels comfortable in their decision to fly with us. So when booking a demo flight, you can be assured that it will only be the instructor and the potential pilot. We do not allow others in the plane that could distract from the conversation and flight introduction.
After payment, you will be emailed a gift card that the recipient can to schedule their discovery flight, or they may choose to call us at 504-246-2700 and we will be more than happy to assist! Please note, that discovery flights need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you have a special request, please call us and we will be happy to discuss.
