Gulf Coast Aviation is Looking for Exceptional Flight Instructors

Flight Instructor Requirements:

  • Commercial Pilot Certificate
  • Flight Instructor Certificate with airplane Single-Engine, Multi-Engine, and Instrument ratings
  • Experience with and ability to provide training in glass cockpits

Flight Instructor Responsibilities

  • Provide quality flight instruction as required by Part 61 and 141 of the FAA Regulations
  • Maintain flight training standards per the FAA requirements
  • Follow all Gulf Coast Aviation policies and procedures, including but not limited to flight training records
  • Promptly schedule all students
  • Ensure that students progress through courses at a reasonable rate
  • Maintain and check daily instruction schedule using Gulf Coast Aviation’s system
  • Clearly communicate with colleagues and customers
